Instant African Fried Stew Red

1. Add 500ml of warm/hot water to saucepan. Gass mark 6

2. Add 1 packet/sachet of Instant Stew Base Mis. stir

3. Add 120ml of oil

4. Add 2 TBSP of Tomato Puree

5. Add all of the seasoning and spices

6. Stir, reduce the heat and simmer for 3mins.

7. Add pre-cooked meat or protein options or Fresh vegetables

8. Simmer for another 5mins

9. Add salt to taste

10. Serve
